To avail a return of your paid voucher at PTEpromocode, you need to fill up a Return Form.
The format is as below:
- Name of Account holder
- Name of the Bank
- Account number
- IFSC code
- Promo Code number
- Date of purchase
- Cause of claiming a refund
Mail all the details in said format and our customer care executives will contact you soon regarding this.
You are eligible for a refund only if:
- You apply for it before 7 days of your scheduled exam date. Once you crossed the time frame, we won’t be able to help you out with your returns and refunds.
- You return the coupon before its expiry date.
- No claims regarding the refund will be entertained if your PTE coupon has been expired.
- Any refund request will be canceled if there is misplacing of coupon.
- There will be processing charges while claiming for he refund. It will informed while the time of refund
How much refund will you get?
You are entitled to avail only 50% amount of your total cost once you apply for the refund before 7 days prior to the scheduled exam date. However, any request made less than this time limit will be crashed and won’t get entertained. T
If you haven’t purchased a PTE coupon from us then you are entitled to only 50% of refund. You need to provide your contact details like name, e-mail address and contact number to reach you out. You understand that the information should be right and genuine.
You need to pay an extra 25% of the original cost of the coupon in case you want to reschedule your exam.
Note- We don’t pay you back in cash. Your refunded amount would be credited into your bank account with 7-10 working days. So, cross-check all the bank details beforehand. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by false information.
We usually process with our comprehensive refund process as soon as we receive a request from our client. However, there might be some delay in the process at times. If you haven’t received your refund amount as per the suggested deadline, we would request you to contact your bank to confirm the same. In some cases, the bank takes time to show up it in your account while the amount has been credited to it.
